I am an eCommerce expert specializing in marketplaces, particularly Amazon and Walmart.

I have over 5 years of agency experience with Commerce Canal, helping the company grow from $10M to $250M GMV, while directly managing over half of the client portfolio.

I have worked with brands, brand licensees, and distributors in various product categories like apparel, electronics, home, and beauty.

My primary role at Commerce is executing growth strategies for all our brands -- this includes brand development, product creation, and marketplace launches.
 
Some highlights:

  • SCRIB3D - Launched new 3D pen brand in 2020 on 3P AMZ and WMT

    • Achieved $10M+ in GMV for 2023

    • Launched in US and successfully expanded to CA, UK, EU, and AU

    • Consistently hold the #1 spot in the 3D pen category

In addition to strategy, I am responsible for all things operations at Commerce. In this role, I oversee 5 analysts in managing the supply chains of all our clients, as well as streamlining internal SOPs.
 
Some highlights:

  • New Balance Boxer Briefs - Launched direct import for top 5 item

    • Organize import of monthly containers from China direct to AMZ FCs, via cradle to grave oversight -- shipment creation to factory container loading to forwarder FC delivery

    • Improve product margin by 4 points by way of skipping 3PL operations -- overall yield of $100K in yearly cost savings

  • Shoes for Crews - Launched fee recovery program on 3P AMZ

    • Onboarded and trained fee recovery specialists overseas​

    • Recovered just shy of $500K in 2023 for Shoes for Crews brand by way of lost inbound inventory recovery, lost warehouse inventory recovery, and overcharged FBA fee recovery

  • Account Management - Streamlined catalog and stock management

    • Built templated Excel SKU Masters for every account to manage content, inventory, sales, and KPIs in a plug-and-play setup to facilitate Brand Manager and Inventory Analyst workload 

    • Created a replen and aged inventory cadence (weekly, biweekly, monthly) for every account to ensure optimal stock levels

    • Built and tailored forecast templates for each client, taking into consideration MoQs, buying periods, seasonality, and desired MoS

Finally, I consult on, if not directly manage, client content to maximize best-in-class PDPs.
